Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Timeline
Our dedicated shipping and logistics teams work with sellers, shippers and buyers to facilitate pickups and deliveries directly to you. We work with our shipping partners to provide a seamless end to end experience for our customers. Please note that delivery methods and times may vary based on your purchase, your location and the shipping service you select at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery is contingent upon the presentation of valid government-issued identification. Recipients must inspect the item immediately; confirmation of the shipment constitutes acceptance of the item's condition. Should you wish to reject the delivery or initiate a return, please adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Return Policy.
Shipping Cost
All orders are offered with complimentary standard shipping through our shipping partners and include shipping insurance. Items that are shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other fees set by the destination country and are solely the customer’s responsibility. These fees are in addition to the price and shipping cost charged at checkout and are typically collected prior to delivery depending on your destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item(s) can be legally imported into the destination country and/or to obtain the necessary permit, license or approval from the the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items and the customer shall have the full responsibility to ensure the importation of such item(s) are complied with the laws of the destination country. For the avoidance of doubt, the customer shall have no claim against us in relation to any customs duties, taxes and/or fees or shipping costs arising out of the items purchased with us. You shall also indemnify us in full for any claims in relation to any customs duties, taxes and/or fees or shipping costs arising out of the items purchased with us.
Changing an Address on a Shipment
Please contact our Concierge team at [email protected] to request an address change. Note that we may not be able to accommodate address changes once your order has been processed or shipped. Where changes are possible, additional shipping fees may apply. You shall be solely responsible for any error on the shipping address provided to us.
Holding Shipments (Requests for Delay of Delivery)
If you wish to delay the delivery of your shipment, please contact our Concierge team at [email protected] to determine whether the seller can accommodate your request. Storage fees may apply.
Multiple Deliveries
Items ordered together may not arrive together.
Track an Order
You will receive a shipping notification via email upon shipment of all or part of your order. Additional shipping updates may be provided by email.

Return Policy
Return Policy and Window
Customers may return items purchased via our e-commerce platform within 14 days of the purchase date for any reason, provided the items and transaction meet our return guidelines stated below. All returns are subject to a 5% handling fee based on the sale price (excluding VAT and fees).
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are processed differently depending on the fulfillment method chosen at checkout:
Storage & Pickup Orders: You may return an item within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is still in our custody. Once an item has been released from our facility for pickup or independent transport, it is no longer eligible for return.
Delivered Orders: Returns must be initiated upon delivery. Please inspect the item immediately upon arrival. If you wish to return it, you must refuse the shipment, and have the carrier return it to us.
Please Note: Once delivery is signed for or confirmed, the sale is final and returns are no longer accepted.
Failed Delivery & Automatic Order Completion
If due to reasons caused by the buyer (such as not present during delivery, wrong delivery address, etc.) the delivery was not able to be made within 14 days after purchase, the order will automatically complete upon the end of the 14th day after purchase and the return window will be closed.
Refund Process
Upon approval of a return request, funds will be returned to the original wallet address. Alternatively, the receiving party may provide a different, non-sanctioned wallet address for the transfer. The funds be processed in USDC.
Release of Funds to Seller
Funds are released to the seller only when one of the following conditions is met:
The 14-day return period has expired without a return request; or
The customer has confirmed receipt of the item (either via shipping or in-person pickup).
Storage Fees
We provide complimentary storage for up to 14 days from the date of sale. Storage extending beyond this period will incur additional fees calculated based on the specific item.
